Dear Students,
I'm not sure on how often I actually give out work and collect it but I do know that this assignment has been requested from the headmaster. Yes, I do know who the headmaster is, unlike all of you. So, getting to my point. This is an assignment I will collect for one 1/2 points. A mission, you could call it, only, one with paper work. Below is the paper you must fill out. Everything on the paper will have to be completed. Oh, and yes, it does count as a class grade. This is Mission/Challenge Training.

[So, like it states above, you must fill out the form below completely to get the 1 1/2 points. In order to fill out the form, you must use the paragraph below. This is quite easy compared to future things. Possibly one of the easiest missions of all.

Note: Make sure the date on the form is the 2007 date.]

"John was on a easy mission assigned by Miss Valentic. Now, John hated this class and never really showed up. When he did, he was always late. So, she had told him to go outside and find three hidden things. He had one hour to find all the things. She said that he must find all 3 things on his own. He was not allowed to take any materials with him except for a pen. His job was to find a student that almost never showed up for class, a golden pen, and a jacket. Putting on gloves and a jacket, John went outside but couldn't find any of the materials within the next hour. The weather was 72°."

Answers will be revealed later on. You do not need complete sentances. To get the one 1/2 points, you must have 6 out of the 7 correct. If you get less than that correct, you will only be awarded 1/2 a point.

1.State the assignment that was given to John: The task that was set for him was to locate three hidden things.
2.Why could John not find the three things?: Most likely because he was bored and suffered from lack of attention considering he hated the class.
3.Why do you think John put on a jacket and gloves in that kind of weather?: His intentions were probably to cheat. ( The jacket he is wearing is one of the items that he’s supposed to look for. He took a pen outside, and one of the items he was to told to find was a golden pen. Finally, a student who hardly attended class was himself! That’s my opinion)
4.Did John break any of the rules in this assignment? If so, which one(s)?: Yes, he violated the materials required for the assignment. Miss Valentic instructed that he should carry only a pen, but he took a jacket and gloves with him.
5.Do you think you could complete that mission if you were John in one hour?: Yes, I could. I could finish the mission in a matter of seconds based on I disagreeumptions that I included in “Question 3”.
6.Do you think John realized that this class only lasted about an hour?: No, I think John didn’t realize this, because he didn’t care about the class to begin with.

1.State the assignment that was given to John: His assignment was, in essence, to locate three different hidden objects outside.
2.Why could John not find the three things?: It was highly possible that, due to his dislike for the class, John failed to work to his fullest potential and ability. Additionally, perhaps the mission wasn't truly as easy as it seemed -- the mission could have been purposely rigged so that he would fail by default. (If this was the case, the "rigging" in question may have been accomplished by either a student who wanted to sabotage him or an authority figure, such as the teacher herself. The former, however, is highly unlikely due to the point that he was already constantly absent and likely already failing the class. If the latter is the case, however, it may have been because the teacher, harboring a grudge, wanted to instill a sense of failure into John, to show him that missing class constantly and whatnot was not the smartest idea. Nonetheless, the first answer, the point that he failed to worked to his fullest potential, is the most possible one, in my opinion.
3.Why do you think John put on a jacket and gloves in that kind of weather?: Given that he was a slacker, as shown by his inability to show up at class, John may have put them on to use them as a last resort, if worst came to worst. For instance, he could have been planning to actually search for the three hidden objects, but if it turned out being that he couldn't locate them, then he would still say he found three items, using his jacket as one of the supposedly 'found' items.
4.Did John break any of the rules in this assignment? If so, which one(s)?: He broke the rule that stated he could not bring anything outside other than a pen. Rather than comply with the instructions, he ended up donning gloves and a jacket in addition to bringing a pen outside.
5.Do you think you could complete that mission if you were John in one hour?: I most likely could, though I wouldn't be able to say for sure whether or not I would be able to. Take into consideration the many factors that come into play during a mission. Say that, for instance, I am feeling ill -- or some kind of personal problem has come up during the time of the assignment. I would not be capable of functioning at full power. Additionally, there is also the matter that the mission might actually be rigged, or something along the lines of such...
6.Do you think John realized that this class only lasted about an hour?: From what I have gathered, he appears to be a slacker. It seems most likely that he wouldn't really pay all that much attention to what was occurring around him (and, in particular, I think he would fail to pay a sufficient amount of attention to the teacher). As a result, he probably did not realize.

1.State the assignement that was given to John:He was to go outside and find three hidden things.
2.Why could John not find the three things?:Simply put he hated the class. When you don't like something or someone,your likely to mess up or just not complete whatever your supposed to be doing for them.That was the case with this mission. That and it seemed like he couldn't care less. He probably thought that it wouldn't really matter since he didn't go to class and his grades were already low.
3.Why do you think John put on a jacket and gloves in that kind of weather?:An easy way out. One of the things to find was a jacket,no?So the easiest thing to do was put on his own jacket so he could at least say he found one thing.
4.Did John break any of the rules in this assignment? If so, which one(s)?:Obviously the material rules. He brought along his jacket and gloves which Miss Valentic stated he couldn't do. He could only bring along a pen.
5.Do you think you could complete that mission if you were John in one hour?:Probably not. If I were myself I believe I could. I like scavenger hunts so this is a mission I would enjoy it quite a lot. Now If I were John I wouldn't. All those factors would obviously influence me to just brush aside the mission.
6.Do you think John realized that this class only lasted about an hour?:Maybe. When kids don't like a class,they'll keep tabs on how long they have to stay there.Maybe that was the case with John.Then again maybe he didn't know either.Maybe he thought it didn't matter since he didn't go to the class half the time.
